Pastor Rane is the Founder of The Faith House and Called to Parent®. She has served in ministry for over 20 years, impacting the lives of women locally, nationally, internationally, and within the prison system. She formerly served as the Indiana State Director of Women for the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International and remains committed to empowering women through faith, healing, and transformation.
Best Selling Author & Publisher
Writing under the pen name Rane Monique, Pastor Rane is the best-selling author of Called to Parent: How to Live the Abundant Life While Single Parenting and Called to Parent: Get Your Life While Single Parenting Guidebook. Through workshops, seminars, and conferences, Pastor Rane equips parents and students with practical and faith-based tools to strengthen family relationships, promote healing, and build healthier generations.
Educator & Consultant
Pastor Rane brings nearly 30 years of experience in education having served as a teacher, district instructional coach, and school administrator in North Carolina, Indiana, and Tennessee. She also consults with families of students with disabilities and those needing additional educational support, helping parents navigate their child’s educational journey. Her work includes developing school-based programs focused on social-emotional learning (SEL), character development, and essential life skills.
